Chablis Grand Cru AOC ‘Les Preuses’

Pale gold, clear and brilliant colour with light golden reflections. The first nose is expressive and fruity with notes of mango and passion fruit. After oxygenation, it opens with fine notes of brioche, almond and white pepper. The whole is fine and delicate.
The palate is powerful but still fine and elegant. It is fruity and concentrated with aromas of fruit at good maturity. The finish is persistent with spicy and roasted notes. An elegant and complete wine.
