UBY Cuvée Unique Sauvignon Blanc

On the hillsides of Gascony (South-West), our vines benefit from a privileged terroir made of sandy-silty and clay-limestone soils, water and sun.
Before harvesting, the grapes are checked and tasted. This check ensures the quality of the berries and determines the optimal time of harvest according to their aromatic maturity. The grapes are then harvested at night, during the coolest hours, in order to preserve their quality.

UBY Unique is a dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc (100%). Lively and aromatic, it will delight lovers of dry white wine, from aperitif to meal.
