With Misto Mare we bring together the diversity of grape varieties
from across Alto Adige in a single blend. This wine combines over 14
different grape varieties, both white and red, sourced from various
sites with differing levels of ripeness, acidity, and sugar. The interplay
of different grape varieties unfolds a fascinating complexity.
