Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG ‘Capitel de Roari’

Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Aromas of ripe red fruit, cherries in alcohol, plum and spicy notes of vanilla and cocoa stand out on the nose. In the mouth it is enveloping, structured and with a perfect balance between sweetness, softness and an elegant tannic texture. The persistence is long and velvety, with an aftertaste that recalls balsamic aromas and a slight nuance of licorice.
