Pyros

The goal in Pyros is simple – to make the best wines in Pedernal Valley. This high-altitude valley is self-contained and isolated, free from natural diseases and far from civilization, which creates unique growing conditions, giving the wine-making team, led by Paula González and wine consultant, Paul Hobbs, the best possible chance of achieving their goal.
The unique flint and limestone soils, which are 400 million years older than the rest of the Andes, along with the extreme continental climate, allow the team to produce wines of great finesse and balance.
