The Viu Manent Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep red color. Great complexity on the nose, aromas of red and black fruits such as cherries and figs stand out, accompanied by subtle notes of nuts and white pepper. On the palate it has great structure, with ripe, firm and silky tannins. The finish on the palate is long and pleasant.

Coming mainly from our San Carlos vineyard, located in the vicinity of Cunaco, Colchagua Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon blocks were planted more than 100 years ago.

Viu Manent – Gran Reserva Carmenere has a deep red color with violet hues, it has a great spicy character, highlighting elegant aromas of blue fruits accompanied by subtle notes of roasted coffee. On the palate it stands out for its balance and good texture, with firm, reactive tannins that give way to a pleasant and long finish.

La Capilla, located in the vicinity of Peralillo, Colchagua Valley. The Carmenere barracks have an average age of 32 years.

Viu Manent – Gran Reserva Chardonnay bright yellow in color. On the nose, intense aromatic layers are perceived, notes of white fruits accompanied by a fresh mineral note. The palate is a tense and vibrant. It has a balanced medium palate and good creaminess, excellent freshness and marked salinity.

The grapes come from a vineyard located in the Litueche sector, located on the coastal edge of the northern end of the Colchagua Valley, 18 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, there is a strong marine influence that makes the ripening long and slow, obtaining a great potential for quality.

Viu Manent – Gran Reserva Malbec is purple, deep in color. On the nose it is intense, aromas of red and blue fruit dominate, such as ripe cherries and blueberries, accompanied by a subtle nogada note. On the palate it has a good structure, with soft, balanced tannins and good acidity. The finish is long, and persistent with notes of fresh fruit complemented by subtle notes of toasted notes.

From our San Carlos vineyard, located in the vicinity of Cunaco, Colchagua Valley. The vines that give life to this Malbec are on average 21 years old.

Viu Manent – Secret Pinot Noir is ruby red color and intense aromas of red fruit such as strawberries and cherry add to slight notes of moist earth and flowers. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, but with structure, a faithful representative of the new Chilean Pinot from vineyards near the cold Pacific Ocean.

The grapes come from a vineyard located in front of the village of Casablanca about 20 kilometers as the crow flies to the sea.

Viu Manent – Secret Sauvignon has greenish-yellow in color, its intense aromas recall the citrus notes of mandarin, asparagus and tomato leaves. Once in the mouth it is fresh and saline due to the proximity of the vineyard to the cold Pacific Ocean. Ideal for fresh seafood, cold soups such as gazpacho, ceviche or sashimi.

The grapes come from two vineyards located in different sectors of the Casablanca Valley. One of them is located next to the town of Casablanca and the other in the Las Dicha sector, approximately 11 kilometers as the crow flies from the sea.

Viu Manent Single Vineyard ‘El Olivar’ Syrah is purple in color with glints of violet. Elegant, with aromas of ripe blue fruit with hints of cassis and blueberry, together with a subtle toasted note. The palate is balanced with fine, sharp tannins and excellent texture leading to a long and persistent finish.

El Olivar, located near the town of Peralillo, in the Colchagua Valley. The vines are 20 years old.

Single Vineyard ‘La Capilla’ has a bright and deep red color and glints of violet. The expressive nose shows great complexity, highlighting aromas of ripe red fruit and blue fruit, including sour cherry and blueberry, together with a subtle note of pink pepper. The wine is intense on the palate, with good structure and balance, highlighting firm tannins that add tension and texture to the mouthfeel. Subtle nutty notes on the aftertaste lead to a long, elegant finish.

The grapes for this wine come from a selection of the best sectors of blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 of our La Capilla Vineyard near the town of Peralillo in the Colchagua Valley. These blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon average 22 years in age.

Viu Manent Single Vineyard ‘Loma Blanca’ Carmenere has a deep purple color. The wine’s nose shows the typical varietal character of Carménère, with notes of berries and blueberry mixed with aromas of damp earth and black pepper. The palate is elegant and velvety with good structure and firm, silky tannins that add texture and balance, and lead to a long, pleasing finish.

Single Vineyard ‘San Carlos’ Malbec has a deep-red color. The wine’s nose shows great complexity. Aromas of small black fruits, accompanied by floral and citrus notes such as ripe orange peel. The palate shows a wine with refined silky tannins with great texture that support a finish that is fresh, broad, and persistent.

These grapes come from the best sections of blocks 5 and 6 on our Fundo San Carlos estate, near the town of Cunaco, in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. The vineyard was planted more than 100 years ago.

ViBo Vinedo Centenario has a ruby red color with violet hue. It is a wine that looks charming from the nose. It is complex, expressive, elegant and delicate, with aromas of red fruits and subtle herbal notes. On the palate it has a smooth texture, with very fine tannins and a lot of flavour. It is vibrant, deep and with a great juiciness that invites you to drink.

The grapes come from the old vineyards of more than 100 years located in the Fundo San Carlos de Cunaco, which Viu Manent owns in the Colchagua Valley.
