Overview

Produced within the territory of the historic town of Montepulciano (Siena) at an altitude of about 250 meters (800ft) above sea level.

The nose is crisp and invigorating, with aromas of black pepper, sour cherry, strawberry and soil. The palate brings more strawberries and cherries, but that earthy element is fortified by a foundation of firm tannins and ultimately dominates.
