This cuvée comes from part of our vineyard managed in Regenerative Agriculture: low-density plant cover, no ploughing, use of Biochars*, etc.
We are testing different methods that allow us to “cultivate water”, which has become so precious and scarce, especially in Roussillon, which has been hit by an extreme drought.
Bright golden yellow color. Very nice intensity, exotic nose with notes of pineapple and mango, apricot and peach, mingling with floral and cedar notes. The palate is full of these aromas with a very nice length supported by a great freshness. Sapid and gourmet finish.
