Description
Our Gallica rosé takes its name from an old variety of very fragrant rose that was once found in the gardens of Mas Miraflors, the headquarters of our Domaine in Canet en Roussillon. In order to preserve the full aromatic potential and freshness of our Gallica rosé, we have begun the conversion of our vineyard to regenerative agriculture, which improves soil fertility and increases the resilience of our vines to drought.
Bright, pale colour with silvery reflections. Powerful aromas of blackcurrant bud and lemon combined with fresh rosemary. The wine, structured on the palate, is endowed with great length.
