Overview

This cuvée comes from part of our vineyard managed in Regenerative Agriculture: low-density plant cover, no ploughing, use of Biochars*, etc.
We are testing different methods that allow us to “cultivate water”, which has become so precious and scarce, especially in Roussillon, which has been hit by an extreme drought.

A bouquet of fresh black and red fruits with a beautiful substance in the mouth. Aromas of cherry and black plum, blackcurrant, stone and sweet spices. Sapid, frank and precise, with a fresh and seductive finish.
