Finca Carbonera 875m Blanco is a barrel-fermented white wine that respects the fruity and floral aromas of the Chardonnay grape. In addition, barrel fermentation adds a marked smoothness and aromatic complexity, combining notes of tropical fruit (pineapple) with a delicate vanilla aroma. The origin and treatment of the French oak chosen fully respect the delicacy and finesse of this variety.
