Gosset Extra Brut

Champagne Gosset based in Aÿ is the oldest wine house in Champagne (1584). Since 1993, the business has been in the ownership of the Cointreau family. Gosset are the proud owners of Grand Cuvée vineyards and source their grapes from a network of growers in Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The Gosset wines are matured for much longer than legally required, which, along with the suppression of malolactic fermentation, helps to create the wines’ distinctive depth of flavour.

Intense, elegant and warm on the nose with very fresh floral notes. These notes rapidly give way to mature, fruity aromas. On swirling subtle hints of butter and caramel are released, followed by a warm fragrance of gingerbread and cinnamon.
