Overview

Les Graves de Paul shows toast spice aromas along with licorice and black plum are followed by dark blackberry fruits. The wine is dense and powerful with layers of tannins that will soften over the next few months.

In 1982, Michel and Danièle decided to leave the Cooperative Cave to which they had been delivering the grapes for years to embark, alone, on the great adventure of making their own wine. In September 1983, for the first time, we harvest grapes that we will produce. This is the birth of the Vincen Sestate. A few years later it became Château Vincens. For 3 generations, plot after plot, year after year each of us contributed to the expansion of the vineyard. Today, Isabelle and Philippe Vincens work with their father Michel by combining technological performance, respect for the terroir and elegance of the greatest Malbec de Cahors.
