Description
Viu Manent Reserva – Sauvignon Blanc has a greenish-yellow in colour with pale tones. On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit such as white peach are perceived, accompanied by subtle citrus notes. On the palate it is a fresh wine, with good acidity and minerality, these characteristics add tension to the wine and give way to a fruity and prolonged finish.
From 2 vineyards located in the Colchagua Valley. The first of them is the San Carlos Estate, located in the vicinity of Cunaco. These barracks have an average age of 25 years. The second vineyard is located in the Litueche area, near the coast of Colchagua just over 20 kilometers from the sea, which brings freshness, natural acidity and aromatic intensity to the wine.
