Complete mechanical harvesting. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed directly, without any maceration, applying low pressure so as not to extract too much color. The resulting must go through cold fining in tanks.

The nose offers a broad spectrum of fruity aromas, in particular strawberries and raspberries. The wine has a fresh palate due to its well balanced acidity and has a soft finish.
