Description
The Bodegas Salentein ‘Numina’ Cabernet Franc is dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, brightening at the edge. Spicy, a hint of herbs and nougat, hints of liquorice, subtle vanilla notes. Medium complexity, silky texture, subtle acidity, red cherries, salty-fresh on the finish, an uncomplicated food wine, fruit and tannin on the finish, still needs some time.
