Viu Manent – Secret Sauvignon Blanc

The grapes come from two vineyards located in different sectors of the Casablanca Valley. One of them is located next to the town of Casablanca and the other in the Las Dicha sector, approximately 11 kilometers as the crow flies from the sea.

Greenish-yellow in color, its intense aromas recall the citrus notes of mandarin, asparagus and tomato leaves. Once in the mouth it is fresh and saline due to the proximity of the vineyard to the cold Pacific Ocean. Ideal for fresh seafood, cold soups such as gazpacho, ceviche or sashimi.
