New Whitebox Cocktails

We have some fantastic news this week!

Whitebox Cocktails have added two new cocktails to their range of Ready-To-Drink of premium cocktails.

Founded by Alex Lyons (Dandelyan, London), Pietro Collina (11 Madison Park) and Ben Iravani (Porter’s Gin), Whitebox open up the world of cocktails beyond the top cocktail bars to enable anyone to enjoy an exceptional cocktail without being a skilled bartender.

Fundamentally, Whitebox is about fully enjoying the experience of proper, well made, high quality cocktails

Mai Tai

Unlike the overly sweet, juice-heavy knock-offs , the original Mai Tai is a refined, spirit-forward cocktail. Created in 1944 when legendary bartender, Victor “Trader Vic” Bergeron, shared his new drink with 2 Tahitian friends who exclaimed, “Mai Tai-Roa Aé!” a Tahitian phrase meaning “Out of this world, the best!”

Pour your Mai Tai into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, garnish with a half lime and sprig of mint.

Raspberry Clover Club

The Clover Club is a pre-Prohibition classic from Philadelphia’s club of the same name. Made with gin, raspberry and lemon, it’s known for its silky texture and pink hue that contrasts with it’s white foamy top.

Shake the can for 15 seconds, pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a raspberry.
