Bodegas Maximo

Founded in 2002, with the goal of producing modern style wines of exceptional value while still maintaining a “sense of place”, the vineyards are located in Tierra de Castilla, a zone of Castilla-La Mancha. The Tempranillo vines are planted on shallow, clay-calcareous soils at an average altitude of 700m above sea level. The large daily temperature range here helps to prolong the growing season, allowing the phenolics within the grapes to develop slowly. Here, the Tempranillo grape is capable of producing extremely concentrated and aromatic wines at an exceptional price.
