The Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas, S.L. estate comprises 48 hectares of vineyards in Quintana del Pidio and Gumiel del Mercado in the Ribera del Duero D.O. The appellation is known for its harsh continental climate, the “fire and ice” of legend, and the wines show a powerful character born of the marriage of uncompromising winemaking and exceptional terroir.

The bush vines in the Ébano Estate are 70+ years old, and when harvested, in the hands of Cristina Mantilla, one of Spain’s most respected wine makers, offer a beautiful harmony where some of the Ribera’s finest vines are exquisitely managed to produce the wonderfully elegant set of Ébano wines.
