Overview

Pouilly-Fumé “Petit F…” is gourmet and very aromatic. It is a fruit wine to be drunk within two or three years, with a nice acidity, exotic fruits and a fairly mineral finish.
In 1977, Thierry Redde joined his parents to bring his new ideas.  By 2001, he decided to extend the winery on three levels, in order to vinify by gravity.
In 2003 and 2005, Sébastien and Romain, Thierry’s sons, joined. They work on the tracks of their forebearers while adopting new methods of work.
They perpetuate the traditional style and philosophy of the winery. This gives them the best expression of the grape variety and terroir throughout the Vineyard and the Wine.
