Astobiza, Vermouth is the world’s first vermouth made with white wine from Ondarrabi Zuri grapes, hand-harvested and sourced from the Astobiza Estate, a single-estate winery located in the Ayala Valley, in the Basque Country. Its wines are characterized by a unique Atlantic microclimate, altitude, and mineral-rich soils. Working exclusively with native grape varieties, the focus is on the purity and expression of the terroir.
A philosophy of sustainability and minimal intervention defines both vineyard and winery practices. The result is elegant, fresh wines with great aging potential and a strong gastronomic identity

Tasting Note: Fresh, Delicate, Complex, Intense, Having Citric, Apple,
Floral and Herbacious notes. Fresh with wine notes, expresive on the palate and balanced in acidity and bitterness. Elegant green lemon, orange
and grapefruit notes along with a nice balanced bouquet
of botanicals.
