Overview

In 1977, Thierry REDDE  joined his parents to bring his new ideas and decided in 2001 to extend the winery upon three levels, in order to vinify by gravity.
In 2003 and 2005, Sébastien and Romain, Thierry’s sons, Sébastien and Romain works on the tracks of their Father and their grand-Father while adopting new methods of work. They perpetuate the traditional style of the winery, and philosophy of the vineyard which: bring out in the most natural way, the best expression of the grape variety and terroir throughout their passion: the Vineyard and the Wine.
It is recommended to decant it in order to let its pureness and flinty mineral taste go out.”Majorum” should be served with a fried foie gras, a grilled lobster, fish in butter sauce or while concocting a very sophisticated sauce.
